What “embedded” means
Augmentation goes wrong when the agency tries to manage the engagement from a distance. We don’t do that.
When you hire our engineers, they show up in your Slack, your stand-ups, your code reviews, your retro notes. Their PRs land in your repo with your team’s conventions. You direct the work; we make sure the engineer keeps growing and stays engaged.
What we screen for
Beyond technical depth, we filter for:
- Communication clarity — written-first, async-friendly
- Ownership — engineers who close the loop without being chased
- Tact — they’ll push back on bad ideas without being a pain to work with
- Time zone discipline — overlap windows are honored
Trial period
Every engagement starts with a 2-week trial. If the fit isn’t there, we replace the engineer or end the engagement — no fees beyond the trial period.
